This policy explains how S-BRANDS GROUP Sp. z o.o. processes personal data on s-brands.pl, including contact forms, cookies and analytics.

2. What we process
Contact form: company name, country, phone, e-mail, message content, preferred contact method and consent checkbox.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookie identifiers required to run the site securely.
Newsletter (when activated): e-mail address and subscription timestamp.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling enquiries and B2B cooperation — Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business requests).
Analytics cookies — only after consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Newsletter — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
Security and fraud prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We use necessary cookies required for basic site operation (e.g. storing your cookie preference).
Optional analytics cookies (e.g. Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) load only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare (Pages / CDN).
Form delivery and e-mail: Resend (or another mail provider configured for the project).
Analytics (only with consent): Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC via Tag Manager.
Bot protection on forms: Cloudflare Turnstile.
6. Retention
Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after the last message, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract.
Cookie consent record: until you withdraw consent or clear browser storage.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing where applicable.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
